This is the page where people can find out all about who I am and what I stand for.

My name is Kyle Littleton Dekle, and I was born and raised in the Southwest corner of the state of Georgia, outside of the town called Donalsonville. I've grown up playing football on Friday nights and deer hunting the rest of the weekend. As I said, I am an avid deer hunter and fisherman, and try to spend as much time as possible in the outdoors.
I attend the First Baptist Church in Donalsonville and was baptized when I was six. I try to set a good example and be a good christian, but I'm not perfect and screw up constantly.
I'm currently dating a wonderful young lady named Kaylan Watson that is trying to keep me in line and really helps make my life easier. We seem to be a good team and help each other out when we need it. I could not ask for a better friend and hope to keep her around for a good while.

I have been around teachers and the education process from day one, as both my parents are teachers and my grandmother was a principle.I love helping people learn and get a great feeling of accomplishment when I can see that they understand the concept I'm trying to get across to them. I want to be an Ag teacher because that is the field that I love best, and I feel that with the number of people living in rural america dwindling, that future generations don't need to forget what it means to actually work with your hands and what our country was founded on.We are a country that has depended on and will continue to depend on agriculture and all it's aspects to thrive and survive. And because of that, I feel that it's my duty to pass the torch on to the younger generations.

The two core values that have helped to shape me as a person. The first and most important is family.Without family neither I, nor most other folks would have amounted to anything. Your family, if it's what it's supposed to be, will always be there for you to come back to when you need their help.Family are the only people that I have in this world that will never forget me and never forsake me. I hope that everyone has a family as good as I have.

My second value actually ties in to the first one. A person's integrity deals with their code of moral conduct and values, and how they hold themselves to that. If a pesron has integrity, then they hold themselves close to those values and live their lives accordingly. I strive to live by my values and code of conduct, and try to be a good model for other people. Also, your integrity is the one thing in life that no one can ever take from you. You are the one who determines what you stand for and how you will stand by it. The way this ties in to family is that most of the time, a person's family is what teaches them about integrity and gets a person started on how to abide by it.
As a teacher, hopefully I can instill in my students how important their family should be to them, and that no matter how bad things get in life, that they can always fal l back on their family. Also, if they're family doesn't teach them integrity, I'll do my best to show them how a person with integrity acts and also inform them on how they too can act with integrity. If more people in this world would do that, we would live in a much better place.

As far as my responsibilities as a teacher go, there are three types that I'll focus on. Number one is my legal responsibility. As a teacher, I have the responsiblity to make sure that everyone gets an equal chance at learning, whether that means teaching in several different styles, or maybe getting extra help for a child that might be in special education. It's my job to make sure the students are taught in a manner that will help them to learn the material and be able to remember it for tests and for life.

My second type of responsibility is my ethical responsiblity. I feel like because I have the power to do so, I should make sure that every child is getting what they need out of my class. I'm not just talking about academics;I mean that if they need to talk to someone about something and they have no one else to turn to, I should make it known to my students that I am always there to listen and help if needed. Also, kids these days usually need to be taught by someone other than their parents how to act, mostly because they are never taught this at home. I hope I can help teach my students to be fine, upstanding citizens that adhere to a strict code of moral values.

And as far as my professional responsiblities go, I should always teach the kids with a sense of meaning, and not just do it for the paycheck. There are actually teachers out there that only teach for the money, and it's those people who disgrace the art and profession of teaching.
